Maintenance

 

Oxford Refrigeration using a Protean driven PDA database is able to provide pre-planned preventative maintenance contracts for all types of equipment.



We hold a complete record for each site which is always available, by request, to the customer and provides a complete history for the site.



Types of contracts available



Early warning - providing regular maintenance visits with any subsequent breakdowns or repairs being charged at a preferential hourly rate.



Semi inclusive - these contracts again allow for regular maintenance visits but any breakdown labour charges are included within the premium. The customer will therefore, only pay for parts and materials used.



Fully comprehensive - regular maintenance visits with all labour and parts for breakdown and repairs included within the premium.



Although we have three types of contract available, we are able to tailor each contract to suit the particular customer needs with add-ons including 24 hr cover and timed response.



Customers can also feel comfortable knowing that their responsibilities under the F Gas regulations (see environmental) are covered by all Oxford Refrigeration Ltd maintenance agreements.

 



Service



Working alongside and in conjunction with the maintenance department, we offer a complete breakdown and repair service.



A call to the service department to report your problem results in a qualified and trained engineer being sent to assess and rectify the problem. Any repairs requiring further attention are advised to the customer and a quotation provided.



In addition to reactive work we are also able to provide safe refrigerant removal, CFC replacement as well as refurbishment and repositioning of existing equipment and cold rooms.



All service engineers are fully trained to carry out all manner of work including safe handling of refrigerant. They also regularly attend manufacturer’s specific courses giving them a broad and up to date knowledge base for each manufacturer.



In house technical back up over the phone to both engineers and customers, from our office based service supervisor is also always available.
