Peter bentley

Peter Bentley (B.A.. M.C.I.B.S.E) Managing Director

Peter is the driving force of Oxford Refrigeration ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. His infectious determination for improvement and his exceptional work ethic means the company is always moving in the right direction.

John Creek

John Creek Service Director

John has been with the company for twenty eight years and is now director of the service and maintenance department having previously been contracts manager and maintenance manager. John’s vast experience particularly in mechanical building services and his exceptional organisational skills has transformed the maintenance department into a well organised and efficient department.

Ian Law

Ian Law Sales Director

Joining the company twenty eight years ago as an apprentice, Ian came into the office some four years after as a Sales Manager. He now heads the contracts department incorporating estimating, contracts and the CAD office. Under his guidance, Ian has seen the contracts department grow to a size that allows us to compete for and manage very large contracts.

Craig Perks

Craig Perks Service Manager

Having been with the company from school Craig has worked his way from an apprentice to his current position of service manager. The majority of this time was spent in the contracts department but since the retirement of the previous Service Director in 2006, Craig has managed the service department.

Robert Brain

Robert Brain Service Supervisor

The newest addition the service department, Robert brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience having spent thirty two years as a service engineer for Oxford Refrigeration. Robert is responsible for the day to day organisation of the maintenance contracts as well as providing technical support to customers and engineers.

Steve Newton

Steve Newton Contracts Manager

Large mechanical projects requiring considerable organisation and attention to detail are Steve’s specialty. His exceptional work ethic and commitment to the customer means that projects of very high complexity run smoothly, to schedule and within budget.

Keith Handsley

Keith Handsley Contracts Engineer

Keith joined Oxford Refrigeration in 2005 from a consultancy background, bringing with him a vast amount of experience in both design and contracting. Keith’s ability to manage numerous projects as well as dealing with enquiries has proved invaluable to the contracts department.

Daniel Manners

Daniel Manners Trainee Contracts Engineer

Daniel made a big impression as an apprentice which saw him brought into the contracts department early on in his training. Working directly for Ian, Daniels role is mainly one of estimating and compiling tenders.

Andrew Sambrooks

Andrew Sambrooks CAD Engineer

Our only CAD operator and therefore our very busy CAD operator is Andrew. With the increasing requirement to produce large numbers of drawings for each project, the majority of which are required in a short space of time, our part time operators struggled to manage the load. Andrew joined us in 2007 and provides the quality and volume of drawings our customers demand.

Kerry Lockyer

Kerry Lockyer Administrator/Accounts Clerk

Kerry is our administrator and is responsible for the smooth running of the office. She is involved in everything from answering the phone to monitoring the refrigerant usage within the company. With the retirement of our accountants clerk Kerry has also taken on this role.
