This data is stored at our premises in the UK. Key information and documents are stored is secured areas.
Electronic data is stored on a secure server in our premises and is protected at various levels with firewalls, antivirus and anti-ransomware software. This data is backed up to a cloud platform based in the UK.

We may disclose your information to third parties:
- Where we are legally required to disclose.
- To fulfil a contractual requirement.
- Where we may sell any or all our business and assets to a third party.
We have a separate documented procedure that details a plan of action for data breach.
